The Real Story
She's been where
you are.
I'm an executive and team coach, parent and serial LEGO-bringer. Famously uncoordinated, I'm where cheerleader meets personal trainer for individuals and organisations. I will hold you accountable during difficult transformations, but you'll always feel supported and cared for.
I've spent the last 20 years working out how to love my work and helping others do the same.
I've been a C-Suite Executive, Non-Executive Director and employment lawyer. I've worked inside complex organisations from not for profits to government to ASX50. I've navigated restructures, strategy overhauls, and the kind of change that keeps people up at night.
I have two young kids and my husband and I both work full-time (ish), so we juggle hard.
I left corporate post-pandemic because I was bursting with ideas I wanted to bring to life and I wanted to do the work I love, which turns out to be helping other people figure out the same thing.
Calm. Direct. Human (with a good dose of humour).

I bring the same rigour I developed as a lawyer and HR executive to every coaching engagement, keynote, and workshop. But I also bring humanity, humour, and a genuine belief that work can be better.
Whether I'm coaching a CEO through a restructure, facilitating a team workshop, or speaking to 500 people about loving their work — the goal is always the same: practical tools, real change.

A few things you should know
I am deeply, unashamedly committed to an overpriced hot chocolate. It's not a phase.
I am a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator. Yes, it's a real thing. Yes, it works.
I started as a lawyer. I know what it's like to do someone else's dream job and be deeply unhappy. The law knowledge still comes in handy!
I'm a parent who believes equal parenting is possible. I'm writing a book to prove it.
I won a Stevie Award in 2023. I still don't fully understand what a Stevie Award is, but I'm very proud.
I've spoken to audiences of 5 and audiences of 500. I prefer the ones who laugh at my jokes.
