"Ellen is so kind and supportive, that you sometimes don't expect the moments where you come face to face with exactly how you're holding yourself back. I don't think I've ever had so many moments of confronting my own behaviour, while someone is being so kind to me! She truly does get results, help you step back to see the wood from the trees, and make the changes you didn't know you needed to make."
— Frances Cook, CEO of Making Money Simple and Founder of New Zealand's #1 Business Podcast 'Making Cents'

What Coaching Clients Say

"Ellen is my secret weapon"
— Taryn Brumfitt, 2023 Australian of the Year

"Ellen helped me get clarity in navigating my career goals. She has extensive knowledge of frameworks to work through complex problems and assisted me in using these to help me break down and understand the issues. I was then able to make a difficult decision and feel confident about it. Two years on, I still reference insights I gained through Ellen's coaching. I would definitely recommend Ellen."
— Dominik Nicholls
Director, Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action

"Ellen's coaching helped me work out my decision making criteria for finding a job that's right for me and my family and helped change the way I show up at work - I'm getting better at holding boundaries and looking after myself."
— Nicole Jones
