Meet Ellen
Ellen Hooper is an executive coach, facilitator, keynote speaker, and founder of Love Your Work and Love Your Business. She's spent the last 20 years working out how to love her work and helping others do the same.
Ellen left corporate post-pandemic because she was bursting with ideas she wanted to bring to life. She wanted to do the work she loves, which turns out to be helping other people figure out the same thing.
Having built her own business from the ground up, Ellen knows first-hand what it's like to navigate the leap from corporate to self-employment. The isolation, the pricing anxiety, the identity shift, the operational overwhelm. She's lived it all.
From government to ASX50, Ellen has worked with organisations navigating the hardest kind of change. Now she brings that same strategic rigour, warmth, and directness to business owners who are ready to stop surviving and start thriving.
