The terms and conditions for 1:1 coaching programs and corporate engagements will be sent to you and agreed by you on a case by case basis.

Course Materials and Intellectual Property
- All worksheets, activities, session content, videos and podcast replays are copyrighted by Ellen Hooper. These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
- Ellen Hooper will provide you access to the program content for 6 months.
Technology and Access
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology (computer, internet, software) to access live sessions and community platforms.
- Technical difficulties on the participant's side (e.g., internet issues) or the inability to access video content or attend calls live will not result in refunds or additional session access.
Liability Disclaimer
- Ellen Hooper's products and programs provide career guidance and tools but do not guarantee specific results. Participants are responsible for implementing the strategies and advice provided.
- Ellen Hooper and her team are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or changes resulting from purchasing and accessing content, video and materials.
LOVE YOUR WORK
Welcome to the Love Your Work program! By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline your rights, responsibilities, and the scope of the program. Please read these carefully before proceeding.
1. Program Inclusions
The Love Your Work program is an 8 week live course facilitated by Ellen Hooper. Your enrollment includes:
- 8 Weekly Live Sessions: Interactive sessions led by Ellen, scheduled at specific times.
- 9 Weeks of Community Support: Text, video, and group support in a dedicated online space.
- Curated Worksheets and Activities: Assignments designed to complement live sessions.
- Private Podcast Access: Replays of live sessions for your convenience.
Access to the program materials begins on the course start date and concludes 9 weeks after the first session.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration unless you opt for a payment plan. If you opt for a payment plan, these payments must be completed in the timeframe set out in the payment plans.
- Refunds: Love Your Work has a no questions asked refund policy. If the program isn't what you expected you can request a refund at any time before the program ends.
- Non-Transferable: Enrollment is personal and non-transferable. You cannot substitute another participant in your place.
3. Session Attendance and Replay Access
- Live sessions are hosted on Zoom and require a stable internet connection. Links and instructions will be provided upon registration.
- Participants are encouraged to attend live to maximise engagement and learning. Replays of live sessions will be available via Kajabi and remain accessible for 6 months from the date that you sign-up.
4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
- All worksheets, activities, session content, and podcast replays are copyrighted by Ellen Hooper. These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
- Access to program materials is limited to the course duration.
- You have access to the community for 9 weeks.
- You have access to the course materials for 6 months.
5. Community Conduct
- The Love Your Work community is a supportive space. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Ellen Hooper reserves the right to remove participants from the program without a refund if their behavior is deemed harmful to the group or the facilitator.
6. Program Changes and Cancellations
- While every effort will be made to deliver the program as outlined, Ellen Hooper reserves the right to modify session times, course content, or other elements to ensure a high-quality experience.
- In the unlikely event of course cancellation, participants will receive a full refund.
7. Technology and Access
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology (computer, internet, software) to access live sessions and community platforms.
- Technical difficulties on the participant's side (e.g., internet issues) or the inability to attend calls live will not result in refunds or additional session access.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- Any personal information shared during the program will remain confidential and will not be shared without consent.
- Community discussions and group contributions should be treated as private by all participants.
