Get really clear on the career you want, and the steps to take to go and get it, even when you have a million plates spinning.
DO YOU LOVE YOUR WORK?

What if I told you that you could love your work?
Is it just me or is really hard to make work work for you at the moment?
We’ve all got plenty of responsibilities, maybe you’ve got kids, or pets, or plants or parents and then the things that our work expects from us seems to just grow and grow and grow.
Everyone’s expected to do more with less, the deadlines are piling up, no one gives you access to training, there’s restructures and redundancy and maybe your boss doesn’t even know where to begin in treating you like a human being.
I get it! I’m Ellen Hooper, a career coach with over a decade of experience as an employment lawyer and HR executive and a mum of 2 small children.

You could change careers without studying or taking a pay cut?
You can find a career you love, even when you have little kids?
Creating a work-life you love might be amount making changes at home rather than at work?
You could change jobs even if you want to work part-time?
You could get clear about your career without feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or bad about yourself?
Sound too good to be true?
It’s possible and I know because I’ve done it and I’ve helped lots of other people do it too.
I’m an accredited executive coach with the International Coaching Federation, a trained mediator, I have a masters in management and I’ve worked in both the corporate and public sectors.

Nicole
“Ellen’s coaching helped me work out my decision making criteria for finding a job that’s right for me and my family and helped change the way I show up at work - I’m getting better at holding boundaries and looking after myself.”
Jodie
“Ellen has assisted me in guiding my team through the end of the covid lockdown period and through the great resignation. Ellen adapted to the needs of the day and had an ability to focus on the key aspects that would make a significant difference and impact. I would recommend Ellen for any executive wanting a coach to support them on their leadership journey.”
