Ellen Hooper is an award-winning coach and people leader. She's a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, co-founder of leadership training business the Growth Collective, and a passionate speaker & commentator. Ellen is a Top Leadership Development Voice on LinkedIn and her wisdom has been featured by the ABC, Channel 7, CEO Magazine, Smart Company, HR Leader, the Sydney Morning Herald and the West Australian.

Ellen started her career as an employment lawyer and worked her way up to being a People & Culture C-Suite Executive. She is now a Non-Executive Director, Co-Founder of the Growth Collective, executive coach, MC and keynote speaker.

Ellen holds a Masters of Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from Bond University.
